Yesss! What a brilliant way to look at things!Or don't bother at all and pretend it is black.

I'm working hard against myself to embrace your life philosophy @Supersuperleeds for now it still looks like a dirty bike, tomorrow ... who knows

well looks like i wont be riding it yet - back wheel buckled badly !!!!
where is Harry when you want him !!!!!
Sorry you've got all this extra frustration to deal with. Do let the local store deal with it under warranty though. Decathlon have a reputation for being really good at sorting things out.Trouble is i bought it from Decathlon but through the internet and my french isnt up to explaining what is wrong. going to take wheel into Decathlon next time i can get into town; Son has put wheel from old bike on but it has less gear thingys so not sure how it ill work
Take lots of photo's of it.
i dont have a car to get into town to the shop and also i could pay in 3 monthly paymentsCan I ask why you ordered it online instead of from the store? surely the store would of set it up ready to ride.
Sorry you're having such a hassle with the bike, but as Rocky says, best just to put everything back the way it came and get it back to a store somehow. You have paid for a new bike so if it has anything wrong with it you really have to either get them to fix it properly or replace it.i dont have a car to get into town to the shop and also i could pay in 3 monthly payments
What bike is it? I have been seriously looking at the Triban 7. Hope you get it sorted.i dont have a car to get into town to the shop and also i could pay in 3 monthly payments
You really shouldn't need to buy a new wheel. If the bike arrived damaged Decathlon should be dealing with this under the warranty. It is called Riverside ! i have been looking for a bike shop to buy just a wheel and they quote silly prices here !!!
I have been to the online site and i am sending it back for a replacement, although on second thoughts i should have asked for a refund and got a lift to the shop !!You really shouldn't need to buy a new wheel. If the bike arrived damaged Decathlon should be dealing with this under the warranty.
I understand that transport is an issue. Can anyone give you and the bike a lift to the nearest store?
