Horrible weather here in miserable east Lancs means it's either another another 2 hour "power walk"/dog walk with a 10lb weight in a rucksack, or 1 hour on the boring exercise bike!

Icy in Coventry first thing, but it had melted away by the time I had had my Cafe stop, the rain started as I got close to Coventry, but I still got 60 miles in, I've just taken my son home and its hammering down now.

I did the exercise bike,the dog was tired after Saturday's doggie power walk! He's the one that carries the 10lb weight in the rucksack by the way(!)

Sunday is the day. Horseshoe Pass ride if ice permits! Will be nice to go out without a life vest on!
