middle of nowhere in France
After a month of hobbling around i have finally been back on the bike. Had 3 lovely days, sunny and calm so off i went. 2 10 milers and then an 18 mile ride on Sunday. I feel so much better now knowing that i can at least get out for a bit. Slower than usual but at least i was moving. Walking the dogs still a bit dodgy as the little buggers pull like crazy, each in a different directions ! and Yes i have tried to train them but they are both very stubbon little french bulldogs!
Rain now but hopefully sunny tomorrow............. its great to be back !!
