Ah the luxury Vanden Plas version. Classic!

It wasn't a classic to drive. Imprecise steering. Wallowing ride. Gear box that provided a random gear if you were no brutal enough with the gear lever.

The poorly maintained Massey Ferguson tractor that I used to drive in my summer job as a student provided a better driving experience.

Pfffttt philistines. And as for the comment about the R8 looking like a TT, it's not even close! (although the TT was gorgeous in it's day)

I agree. I was being sarcastic but it didn't come across too well :smile: I remember being in one aged about 12 and even at that age I noticed the incredible bouncy ride. The fact they tried to build a luxury version with a faux RR radiator..:wacko:
