Nothing visible in Stevenage - far too much light pollution...
just back in from Holyrood Park, where you can get away from the light pretty well in some spots, despite some residual city glow.
A strange green-ish glow, but nothing distinct. Plenty of beautiful stars in the clear sky though
I did see the aurora a few times, about 13 years ago, in Edinburgh, so would have recognised it if it had been visible.
Looks like others have had more success!
