Noticed another alert for tonight on FB from AuroraWatch... but their current chart says otherwise.

I'm presuming the two red bars at 21 on the left are last night?

Yes, the major activity was around 9.30pm last night, at least it was here. The hefty peak later between 1am and 2am - I don't know what happened as I was asleep but that should have been active as well. Anything in the red at night is worth a look outside. I've had no app alerts this evening - the last peak in the red was between 9am and 10am this morning.

One problem here is that there is a tall transmission mast to our NW that some years ago had its red navigation lights increased in brightness , so much so that to check an aurora, I usually have to drive north of it.

You could buy an album and paste them in. Anyone else remember them?

Yes, i do! There's a shop in Accrington that sells all that WW2 war medals, old coins/notes, taxidermied animals etc stuff. The last time i had a look in about 2 months ago he had about 20 old Brooke Bond card albums for sale. I didn't buy any as i have enough clutter in my flat, but they brought back memories of collecting the cards in the mid/late 1960's. I always remember the 1967 British costume one and the 1971 (just looked it up, i'd have guessed at 1969) one of space travel.

I can't remember this as i'd be months not years old.
