Just took delivery of an Endura baa baa merino base layer so will be wearing that for the rest of the week, hopefully as good as people have said as I have no access to showers at work.
Couple of spare t-shirts at work as I don't wear shirt and tie:smile:

It inspired me to write a similar one myself

Monday to Friday -

Put shirt / trousers / socks into carrier bag (dry bag). Put travel towel, shower gel, antiperspirant into another carrier bag (wet bag). Place these into left hand side pannier.

Put packed lunch, small tool kit, spare inner tube, inhaler & epipen, spare batteries and lock into right hand side pannier.

Sorted

OK here's mine:

Shower and apply anti-perspirant deo.
Put on lycra and ride to work (22 miles).
If it's hot, then use baby wet-wipes and deo.
Work in lycra
Ride home and shower again.

Thanks for all of the replies, I didn't expect so many!

I know there are no magic solutions but it's nice, in a way to see that others have similar issues. It's actually quite motivational for me - you all manage then so can I.

I shall take some of the suggestions on board, keep calm and carry on.

Thanks everyone.

Some of the blokes at work use a laundry service and get clean shirts delivered to the office.

My top tip is to ditch shower gel in favour of soap and liquid shampoo in favour of solid

You just reminded me, where I work there are ladies that will wash your arm pits for you! Not only that but you get vouchers, shirts washed, and 2 free shirts every year!
Its part of a scheme by Givaudan trialing deoderants etc, so they need to make sure your 'pits are fresh after using their trials. :bicycle:
