New parts fitted:-
Chain, & cassette this week
Avid Single digit brakes
Upgraded head set
Shimano Triple crank set
Two Racks, mid one and rear so will take 4 panniers
Wide range gears, more low gears and the same at the top. Think its 21"-113" now.
Mudguards.
Decent tyres (not those horrible Kendas that it came with)
