The Glue that binds us together.
Well we set off nice and early Wednesday morning, loaded the bikes into the motor , had a nice drive down to Dover, onto the ferry and a nice fried breakfast, was going to be the last full English for a few days,^_^ arrived in Dunkirk all fresh and ready to go, set off for Diksmuide http://app.strava.com/activities/61132965
http://app.strava.com/activities/61132960 had a bit of a problem getting out of Dunkirk but were soon on our way, it's nice and flat so we had an easy ride a bit of wind but not enough to bother us. mostly on the roads were still having a few probs with the navigation. found the hotel quick shower and we were on the town, nice steak in a really nice restaurant washed down with a nice beer, then back to the hotel bar for a bit of a session,^_^ RIMG0256.jpg these were some of our tipples, into bed about 12-30 and up again for breakfast 8-30, had a bit off a wonder round the town, found the Trenches which i found rather moving, not normally affected by anything like that but it made you think about how lucky we are not having to live through it all, RIMG0060.jpg RIMG0043.jpg i think we had another beer before we left http://app.strava.com/activities/6113295 http://app.strava.com/activities/61132956
Kortrijik was the next hotel, had a couple of stops on the way weather has been good to us so far, was a bit of a walk into town but it felt good to stretch the legs, found another nice restaurant then settled into a nice bar for another session, i have to say the beers we were drinking have been really tasty, RIMG0249.jpg
END OF PART ONE.
To be continued...............

That Duvel Tripel Hop is lovely. The only nice beer I've ever tasted made with Sorachi Ace (nasty Japanese hop).
