Back on the bike

My last proper shot on the bike was about 3 and a half weeks ago i done 50 miles after it I had back pain, shoulder pain and ass pain, once the pain was gone I had my girls for a week during holidays, then I had an exam and then the monster in law moved house.

I was starting to wonder if I would ever get back on the bike today when I got home from college I thought fook it im going out done my usual 14 miles but only after Id made some adjustments to the bike NormanD and telesonic had recommended.

Anyawy im back on the bike, and will be out again tomorrow

I'm in the same boat as you. Bought my new road bike at the beginning of this month and have only been able to use it for 1 commute! Should be back on it for Thursday (got to lug all my gear back into my office tomorrow, no way can it be done on a bike).
