Hi folks.Exactly 6 weeks after the unpleasantly titled 'lumbar decompression surgery' I had back in feb, I got back the (outdoor) bike this week. Had a lovely ride up the Tyne valley and back, with no ill effects. Sadly, driving is still painful, as is standing, which means I can't work or drive, but can ride!
