Back on the Steel Horse after 9 years!

This morning I had to use my road bike (Honky Inc.) to get back home from the garage who are repairing my VW Polo, which has a clunking sound.
According to Google Map, this 2 mile trip should have taken about 12 minutes, but I actually did it in 25mins and I was breathing deep when I got home and could feel the lactic burn on the way.
Of course - three days ago I had a positive Test for Covid (mild line showing on test) and two days ago showed a negative result. It started as a sore throat and is now settled on upper chest.

I had covid the other week I found your ill for a week and then the week after you still feel like your breath and body temperature is trying to get back to normal, well done for being able to do that coz i wouldve given up lol
