Hi guys, so im thinking of doing 40 miles tommorow ( my commute to work) I'm a bit scared but excited as well, longest rude yet. Then I'm doing 30 the next day with the lads...... Too much?
Back to back rides....stupid or go for it?

Only you will know. I'd do it and accept any aches or pains after the second ride as well worth it!

If you feel up to it I don't see any reason why you shouldn't. Expect to be a bit slower than usual on the second ride (though you may be pleasantly surprised).

Lucky ......I'd love to commute to work on my bike but it's a 20 mile ride in (not flat) and I would require a shower at the other end
I do a 20 mile ride in (not flat) and don't have a shower at work. Babywipes are your friend.
