I don't know if it's still there, but one of the hotels in Vegas used to have a display of famous cars (e.g. Hitler's Limo) which was an excellent way to spend an hour or two. Probably been knocked down by now. (Imperial Palace Hotel; I just looked it up)

I also have a picture of me in front of the most recent pink Thunderbirds car with my late father which appeared at a local bus garage when they were having a fund raising open day. From memory there was a pink Ford Ka there as well.

I saw Lady Penelope's Pink Rolls when I was about 3 (according to my parents). I think it was part of a promotion for the Thunderbird 6 film
