Bad Day Back

Been off on holiday for a couple of weeks. On my first day back I noticed:
1) Its got a lot darker. Where has the sun gone.
2) I'm not as fit as just before the holiday. Oh.
3) The UK is dark and wet in November. I never saw a hint of daylight, and it was perpetual mizzle all day.
4) Its colder than Barcelona or Paris.

The only good bit is that I'm back on my bike again.

Sounds like a dose of post holiday blues.

Have a good sleep tonight and when you waken think positive and everything will be wonderful again.

Was much better this morning, thanks. Drier, but more importantly, faster.

Yesterday was a grim day to be coing back from holiday. Cold overcast, very dull.

I decided to mix it up this morning, and took the MTB to work, off road !
