I am soon to be riding home from work most evenings and as I work in town I generally bring home small amounts of shopping I have spotted on a few occasions people with bags over the back wheel, one on one side and one on the other and I want one:smile: I have found a few but they are all plain but when i see women with them on their bikes they have patterned ones flowered ones etc. Any idea where I find them. O and what there called lol.

Pannier bags  Google for women's ones.

An example but there are loads

Cool stuff here too http://www.anddutch.co.uk/accessories/bags-and-panniers.html

You'll need a rack on the bike. Not seen the ones over the back wheel. The bike will get rather heavy if laden

Ortlieb ones ard the bees knees. Waterproof too. They come up a bit expensive but I got two Front Roller Classics for £65. Ignore the classification of front and rear. The fronts are smaller and will fit front and back.

My local Aldi still has some clip on the handlebar bags left from the stock that came in on May4th. Might be worth trying if you live near one?

I second the vote for Ortlieb. Superb and actually reasonable value although probably the dearest.
Aldi has some Ortelib-a-likes for not much. Sadly nothing quite as fabulous as a Carradice though
