I could eat it for every meal every day of the week for the rest of my life if i was allowed.

Having tried most of what theclaud recommended above, I have settled on organic Borlotti beans as i like the taste and testure. All I do is heat up the beans in a saucepan and add a few spices, usually dried chilies and cinnamon. Goes down a treat!

Has anyone solved the conundrum of where in the tinned variety they store the methane?
I have to say baked beans are not my favorite dish, but I did eat rather a lot of them on the BCM 600 due to arriving at controls after everything else had been eaten. I was "raising a cheek" from the saddle rather a lot on the second day.
Not heard of any mystery gas leak reports from Monmouthshire and Gloucestershire, but it wouldnt have surprised me if I had....

I don't know if this is phonetically accurate, but it is something like fay-sh-ow, where the "sh" is a bit of a cross between our "sh" and a "z" and the "ow" sounds like we say "ow (I hurt) as opposed to, say the ow in show. Someone once said a "j" in Portuguese is the same as the "sh" in "Breshnev". If that helps at all. The ao is nasal and I should put a tilde over the a but I can never work out how to do this on a UK keyboard.
