Balaclava's

Hello Everyone,
With winter coming in I would like some advice as to a thin balaclava for under my helmet that will keep me warm.

As I do get cold I have............
1) a thin beany for cooler weather
2) a snood to keep neck warm in cold weather
3) I have just purchased a neoprene balaclava for £15.00.............not tried it yet.

You must be of a 'certain age' I had a red knitted cosi' when I was about 7 and still recall that after being in the water it started at my waist and reached my knees

Yours must have been a good one. After immersion, mine started at my knees and ended at my ankles. I only wore it once.
