Was at Tescos about 7pm tonight, pitch black night, a few stars, heard the honking, shaded mym eyes against the sodium glare, and there they were, about 30 of them, honking in from the northwest. They must have come straight over 60 miles of open briny, following the dame that reckoned she knew what sodium to aim for. I hope she knows an open field nearby.

Now It's 4 hrs later and there's a right hooly blowing from the west, and the forecast is snow in the west. She aint daft.

Are you sure they weren't flying backwards in this weather?

I mustn't jump to conclusions. I saw the thread title and thought it was a soapbox style rant trying to have the 'expletive-expletive' geese prohibited.
