Bangor to Cardiff.

I enjoyed doing the C2C last August and am thinking of doing the above next summer with Chris. It is 170 miles and will take 3 or 4 days, with overnight stops in Airb&b's like we did on C2C.
Has anyone done that route and if so, any steep climbs to overcome?

Just putting both destinations into Komoot. Therecis quite a lot of climbing.

I did Cardiff to Bangor just before my son was born in 2015. I remember there being a fair few hills, but also some rolling sections. I also remember the whole route being on lovely quiet roads or paths. I'd like to revisit it some day.
