I’m an executer of a will but one of the beneficiaries has been bankrupt twice, the last time about 8 years ago. I don’t know if they ever paid to be protected for this type of thing. I know my brother in law has.
The thing is this person doesn’t deserve a penny. It’s all such a waste what ever way it goes.

Sorry, but i do have to agree with the above poster. As executor, it is just your job to ensure that the deceased's wishes are carried out. Whether you like what they wanted , or how you feel towards the people who are to recieve something is really not your concern.
