Bar ends

I recently purchased these of a popular auction website and they work very well if a little short on the quality side.

Does anyone know where I could purchase in the above style?
as I find my hanlebars are small enough without loosing an inch.

Cheaper to buy some wider bars and some new bar ends. Decent bar can be bought for a tenner EG Easton EA30

Yes exactly it
The ones pictured are ok but feel cheap and cant see them lasting that long.
So I've stuck them on me old mountain bike to use as a tester.

Thanks for the advice but I want to keep my current bars and just put the bar ends on now and then.

A fellow member of the Tandem Club has told me that Internal fitting Bar Ends are still made by Humpert, see http://www.humpert.com/en/bikeparts...otec&produktart=5&einsatzbereich=9&produkt=63

The UK distributer is Bob Elliot, but you can only buy them through bike shops. They cost about £11 and have a delivery of 4 to 6 weeks, I'm waiting for my local bike shop to place the order, so hopefully I'll get them soon.

Eventually got the bar ends. Not bad: 7 months after ordering them.

They are supplied with sleeves. Unfortunately the sleeve diameter is too big for my bars and if I don't use the sleeves then the bar ends don't grip. I've put some sandpaper in the bars instead of the sleeve as a temporary solution. Anyone got any better ideas?
