Bar tape advice please

I'm going to try and replace my old tape. Any advice or tips will be appreciated.

Is it easy or difficult to one who hasn't done it before?

Thanks, i followed the advice of one. Unfortunately the nice white tape got caught in my oily chain so i spent more time getting the oil off than actually wrapping it round the bars!
