I will apologies in advance if I've already shown this machine.

This is my latest purchase. It was found in a barn in Kent in June this year. The owner had bought it in the 1980s, and simply left it hanging up in his garage. After a little research, I now think it's a c1900-05 Ariel bicycle.

It looks like it was updated in the 1930s.

Diggin' the stunt pegs on the rear wheel axel ? :laugh::whistle:

I think it might be for a gear cable, there are cable guides on the chainstay.

Mmmh good find but you need a new front mudguard. The current one is only half length.

Actually, the front m/guard is correct length for the age of machine. Forward extensions didn't become vogue until 1910.
