....yes it's a traditional Scottish sweet made from sugar, condensed milk and butter ....in appearance and texture it is probably best described as sugary fudge....as an adult I find it a bit too sweet now (and uber-fattening) but when I was a kid it was just 'the biz'...and only Scottish 'Mammie's' and 'Grannie's' could get it just right, the stuff in the shops just didn't work....snapper_37 said:Is this a Scots thing?![]()
