I bought some shorts with padding on the rear end and between to the manhood which I thought "thats a little treat if i meet the bar" lol

So far, I have no had a problem, as mentioned before, you may need to change the saddle as some saddles specially the aerodynamics designed ones are less padded and can cause this soreness or that the angle is wrong slightly, i know mine was before, just but a tad but enough or sometimes it can be your handle bars being too far forward so you're leaning forward too much... this is what I've heard from someone who works in a bike sport store.

Here for rides.
Long time ago on a Polaris I had to wrap a saddle in bubble wrap in order to cope with sitting on bruised sit bones.

Aha! Another Polaris veteran! Before Crud guards my biggest problem used to be my shorts getting wet and gritty and the grit and rubbing over 7 hours of off-roading making my bum sore. I discovered that a finger full of Vaseline slathered on made all the difference. Most competitors used to carry their kit in rucsacs, which I couldn't understand as it would exacerbate any saddle discomfort, so we always used panniers.

I'm all good now I have padded shorts on order and my mileage/bottom seamed to be fine on today's ride. I'm trying to focus on slow twitch muscles in order to increase my range for up coming events I intend to partake in. So the longer I can take in the saddle the better just now  and the raw stake thing... It works for black eyes. So I've herd, not had one my self :secret:
Pretty sure you mean raw steak? A stake up the bum will almost certainly be painful!
