BB90 service

I have some slight clicking sounds from my Domane so I thought I'd service it myself, how can I find out what bearings and tools I need.
When I take the crank arms off etc and slide them out should the bearings just fall out or do I need a tool to remove them.

There is a video on youtube on removing them

I only know because i looked at getting a Trek with the BB90 and once i noticed all the issues i ran a mile.

Have a good google and check whether you need v1 or v2 bearings.
