As I said in an earlier post, which music you like is personal taste. Just caught a bit of Celeste and some are raving about her vocal performance. Personally I thought she sounded tone deaf and was bloody awful.

Bringing out Ronnie Wood was great, Lulu pretty good but Mick Hucknall would have been better off shaving off his moustache than bothering to sing lol.

The coverage of all the acts would be improved 1000% if they got rid of those cocking flags. I can't imagine what it's like being there with them in the way.

I love The 1975 but their set was very polite and professional which wasn't quite the thing. Good but not going to grab anyone. The lyrics that were on the screens for Chocolate were quite superb though.

The flags are another reason I wouldn't pay to go to Glasto, they are really irritating when you are in the crowd further back, you can't see the stage through them all. Doesn't seem to be an issue at other festivals

We're watching it now. Good coverage but there are very few actual bands these days. When I went in 97 there was Radiohead, Ash, levellers, ocean colour scene, nearly all bands.

And those stupid flags blocking everyone's view 🤬
you're not looking hard enough.
I've got 14 performances from friday and saturday cued up to watch in the coming days, all of them are bands.

The band and some of the songs are good, pity they couldn't get someone else to sing them.

Yeah old Rod vocals a bit varied, still a good performance.
His singing on I'd Rather go Blind though was excellent.

Looking forward to The Prodigy later, sans Keith unfortunately.

I tried to read up about it all in preparation for the next BBC News quiz... And quite frankly, lost the will to live after a while. Yes, ok, Rod Stewart... I GET IT!! 🙄🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
