The comment from Liz regarding her Husband trying to slipstream on family bike rides when shes at the front with a baby seat (with child) is funny (hats off to the guy) but so so wrong LOL

While the article stretches some things (using track cycling to learn how to look over our shoulder) some of the comments are sooo wrong! For example, you should never stand up on your pedals, your saddle is at the correct height when you can touch your toes on the ground! WTF!
