so goodnight, hoping for a ride tomorrow if the Typhoon doesn't arrive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'll sleep like a top tonight: had a quick 40 km on Thursday evening after work.
Seven pints Fiday evening and up early for 80 km today.
Tomorrow, a 60 km planned, then back to work on Monday for a rest!
I don't mind admitting I'd find such a feat physically impossible.
I couldn't manage it in the wind that is blowing here today

Did a great hill 50 miles this morning.
have a 60 miler planned for the morning
just done the club's mile high ride (so named as it goes over 1500m elevation). only 60ish km but the climbing was outrageous the club's hardest club run of the year and i decide to go!
oh well, knackered now but pleased all the same. it might get called the bastard eccles pike ride next year
So named because there is a vertical mile of climbing (actually it's more like 6200 ft according to Memory-Map)
So you guys are members of the mile high club then
Yeah - Night Night Keith . I'm off to bed now too . Expecting a good few miles and climbs in the morning on Steve's club ride . - Oh that reminds me I must take a map
