Are these Shimano compatible and do they come with QR skewers?

I'm looking for a rear wheel to use on my turbo trainer. What sort of price posted would you be looking for?

They are Shimano 8/9 speed compatible.
There aren't any skewers, but I maybe able to find some.
If you didn't want the tyres then £40 plus postage or £50 plus postage with the tyres. Would prefer collection so I don't have to source a box

I'm looking for about £320 for the Orbea. It's on Gumtree for £375.
The frame is in fantastic condition and 3 months ago it had a full service and a change of colour scheme to red. The cables were replaced, the cassette, the chain, the headset, tyres and bar tape.
Bottle cage and the screws were added to match the red.
