I'd expect the US versions (Warner and Bad Robot) to be more sympathetic, whereas the UK led version should be scathing and less partisan.
I would fully expect Lance to not get a penny, although I'd also expect him to donate any 'fees' to his Cancer foundation in the hope it will buy some good press.

It would be good, but I expect he has so many people looking for "money back" he may well keep it.
