Unless it is a seperate part,in which case replace it,take it to a dealer of that make,all a bit specialist for the home mechanics,even very good ones.

Definitely replace. It's made of a soft crystalline alloy that is designed to be sacrificially weak and break before the frame does, like a fuse in a circuit. If you bend it back it will work-harden and snap at some time in the near future, probably sending your derailleur into the spokes and causing an accident and expensive damage. They are not easy to find so when you do find one, buy two if you're not sure about availability. They are easy to replace with an allen key.
