Also this famous one. I think the cuts were exacerbated by him going down while wearing Aviator shades (!) although that might have been a different crash. He bounced well.

Yep, the Staffordshire Engine . I modeled my road race technique on his, sadly "time trialling off the front" didn't work for me either lol.
