In the winter - a large mug of Yorkshire tea.
In the summer after a short ride - OJ 50/50 with water. After a long ride - a chilled chocolate milk shake.
(When I was still drinking alcohol) A few hours after a ride - a tasty bitter or two and/or some very chilled lager or cider. Maybe one day I will give alcohol another go, but it's better if I have at least another year without. (It has been over 16 months since I last drank any booze.)
