I suppose the best cannot possibly be the cheapest^_^ but have had to use up 2 good schwalbe innertubes yesterday (schwalbe 700c) and before ordering more I would like to ask are there cheaper yet good alternatives...I have none at the moment and so need to order some today (hoping I don't get a p******* tomorrow!) I could not repair the previous innertubes as they had rips along the rubber (cheap you see)...so can anyone point me to the best value innertube site on the web...please

Cyclesurgery are doing their 3 for a tenner offer on Specialized tubes - online only but they do free delivery to stores
I don't know if they are the best but I did several thousand miles on 2 Sirruses and Crosstrail with just the one fairy visit (fortunately about 2 minutes from my LBS)

What tyres do you use?

I think Bike+ Purley way usually does 3 Spec tubes for a tenner as well.

I've always used their tubes - they've always seemed perfectly decent.

As to the post above reckoning the savng isn't worth it for a fiver - three for £10 sounds way better than three for £15 in percentage terms. There's places in London you can just about get a pint for that

You can probably find tubes for 4 quid online, you'll have to weigh up if 2 for £8 or 3 for £10 is the kind of saving you want to worry about in absolute terms. Bear in mind also that different stem lengths are priced differently, so if you've got some trendy deep profile rims be prepared to cough up a bit more.

Giant inner tubes are £3 each at Wiggle at the moment. Haven't tried them yet but have a pair sitting on my shelf waiting.
Are they the short valve ones?

I was going to get them but not sure of the short valve.

I got a good deal on the CRC site for their cheapest tubes. I bought both 26" and 700c and both types seem to have been okay. I can't remember the brand but they had a green valve cap.

I get Giant tubes from the Giant shop in Bradley Stoke for £4 a pop, which I think is pretty good value. Medium valves.
