Best bike for touring AND commuting

That's a good one too, Greg. I like the cheaper one cos it's 3/4 of the price, a nice blue colour, has rim brakes and is lighter. Both good choices though, for sure.

If i had 3.5k to spend i'd get a Rohloff Belt Drive Santos Travelmaster

I've got a Rohloff Santos Travelmaster 2.6 Alu (not with belt drive though).

I use it for touring and commuting. It's the DBs!
