In central London i would say Condor's. Around my way i would say The cycle Store in Friern Barnet. The chap who owns it, Ashwyn is very helpful and knowledgable. James the mechanic is top notch. The shop is well stocked and if they need to order anything they always give you a call to let you know it's in.

we're blessed in South London, but, if I had to choose I'd go for Brixton Cycles and Lucianos
