Exactly. We've had that clip before, I think, but well worth posting again!

I could go for almost all those offerings, OK I might gag at the pot noodles a bit

and the sausage would have to be veggie for me, but fine honest nosh!
We watch MChef now and then, because we think it's 'a good larf', nothing else. But I thought the excursion they had to India, a few months ago, was pretty damn' good, some of the dishes were ones I'd like to sample. Maybe there's that about Indian cooking - the gap between 'really superior' haut cuisine Indian-style, and regular daily nosh to fill your belly, isn't that wide in India.
Not so in Europe, I fear.
On our way back from stay at relatives, on Monday, we stopped off for a pub lunch. I'm fairly choosy about the quality of what I put in my mouth, but my son immediately opted for the fish'n'chips option, 'cos it said on the menu "a whale of a fish". I didn't need any persuasion to follow suit! (Mrs P had something different). A slight exaggeration in the menu, but we were not disappointed: when the two ends of the fish hang over opposite sides of the plate you know you're on to 'real' fish'n'chips. What can be better? And with mooshy peas to boot!
