Is that a vector a gsi3000??? I "borrowed" one of them from a friend and it was very nippy given the size of the beast

2.5 V6 Vauxhall sent the built car to a company called Motor Sport Developments who did the top of the engine, suspension wheels and spoilers. Of all the front wheel drive cars I had it was by far the best handling and it did go well. Only car I have ever lifted the rear wheel on going into a corner a bit too fast.

Ha, I was trying to remember his name, there was another one as well in a Rothmans car, can't remember his name but I remember having the Rothmans rally jacket when I had a White Manta B lol

I also always liked the 'Frog eye' lovely little cars

My uncle has one sitting in his garage that he is going to restore when he finds the time. It's been sitting there since about 1970. A shame as I would love to see it on the road

NOOOO!!! Stop this lot now, I had a few of those along with the 260. I think I paid about £700 or less for one once.

For a really pretty little sportster you can't beat the original Elan, shame they were unreliable dogs. Mazda's MX5 was a much better made clone.
