Best maps for Traffic Free/Quieter routes

In Norfolk where I live there are quite a few old railway lines which are now cycle paths and quite long too. Looking to go further afield, is their a map available that could stitch these cycle friendly routes together with those further afield? Like a national cycle friendly map, I suppose?

Pop to the bike shops in Norwich, there is a cycling map of Norfolk for a couple of quid.

I use Plotaroute.

Its free and their is a function that avoided main roads.
