Best Pannier Rack to fit??

Hi,

I have a Bianchi Via Nirone 7 C2C racing bike and am going cycling in France in the summer and was looking for advice on the best pannier rack to fit to it as it doesn't have the attachments that most other bikes have.

Will P-clips be strong enough to support additional weight on this bike?

Or does anyone else know of any other options!!

Help would be very much appreciated as I have had two differing views from my local bike shops!

How much stuff do you plan to carry? If it's a tour with a fair bit of stuff then I'd say you need a new bike. If you don't need to carry much then I'd recommend a large saddle bag instead.

Not too much stuff, just a few change of clothes and some shoes and the essentials really, getting a different bike is not really a feasible option monetary wise.
