Best platform to sell a bike

As above, ebay, Facebook and Gumtree are the main sites. Tricky market these days, the post covid over saturation of the bike market has made 2nd hand bikes hard to shift. Have a look at similar bikes to see the kind of final sale prices if possible (not the advertised price!) and be prepared to possibly knock 15-20% off what you would ideally like for it to get it sold.

eBay classified. Got a good price for my Ribble. I had to wait a bit but provided you aren't in hurry - good as gold

Just sold mine on cycle exchange. Process was seamless, got them to come to my house to pick it up and box it (cost £50). Driver checked bike, confirmed description was accurate, rang cuclescheme and had email with offer from them before he had packed the bike away - money in bank the next day.
Could have got more elsewhere but would absolutely use them again, the process from star to finsh was really easy and fats to use.
