Apparently a cracking race, but I didn't watch it as F1 generally has become a bit of a bore fest that's increasingly difficult to justify two or three hours of a Sunday afternoon to. :scratch:This is actually the first season since the Schumacher years that I haven't watched a single race live (so far)

It's a shame C4 only show the highlights at 11pm at night - you'd think with all the channels they have it wouldn't be beyond their wit to show the highlights at around 7pm, like the BBC used to do on BBC3 (and get huge audiences for apparently)...

Excellent, I enjoyed that. Well done for Verstappen, thats the first time I've seen Ricardo's grin slip. Rosberg and Hamilton looked like six of one half a dozen of the other.

Hugely embarrassing for F1 that two 'teammates' have to crash out on lap 1 to make a race interesting for once in a long while.

The stewards have viewed it as a racing incident and decided to take no further action.

I used to plan my Sundays around F1, loved, read everything, followed it minute detail. My interest has waned to the extent I haven't watched any race since Monaco last year which I watched with matchsticks holding my eyes open and I can't even remember who won it but I can recall the 1992 Monaco grand prix in detail:wacko:

Sounds like I may have missed a good race but I hadn't even realised it was on.
