Best Safe Browsing App

I've just bought a tablet for my 8 year old daughter. She's very trustworthy, smart, honest and sensible and I will have several talks with her about online safety. But I also want some recommendations for safe browsing software and other associated parental control software. She knows I will be monitoring her activity but I want her to make as many decisions herself as possible while remaining safe.

Yahoo-kids is for children between 6-12 years of age. And its free. Might be worth a look. There are a lot of browsers for kids. Some you have to pay for and some not. Yahoo and google browsers have parental controls on them as well.

We used the Firfox extension Kidzui for our youngest when she started browsing.

Yes I'm keen on Firefox.
