Best shippingier service for bike?

Haggling with a fellow over a mountain bike I'm keen to buy. He's in Warrington, I'm in Lyme Regis so it would need a courier service.

Seller has a bike box 150cm x 30cm x 80cm, and I'm guessing weight to be 18kg or so, but I'm not having much luck finding someone who will ship a box of that size apart from Parcelforce.

Parcelforce carriage is reasonable, less than £40 but insurance is a bit heavy, £1500 cover for ~£80

Anyone know of someone else?

My trike was delivered from Glasgow to near Oban by Club75 Bikes.
This was not cheap but trike was fully built up and well secured in the van. Delivery was exact time given.
They may not cover your area but they have an internet presence so you can check.

I used https://www.bikedelivery.co.uk/ recently, no issues. Bristol to Sheffield.

They subcontracted it to APC.
