Went to my mates, saw my best friends, saw some old friends, saw some very good looking friends, didn't drink, then ran home at 00.15. 4 miles at brisk pace shows that after nearly 6 months of having screwed up knees, there is much improvement...but boy did I get some funny looks. wayhey. Spending between 30 mins and an hour on the turbo trainer each day, slowly building up fitness whilst being careful not to push the knee too far.
