I believe the original Beast of Bodmin Moor was around from the mid 80's to the late 90's
My stepfather was part of a regular shoot on the moor and saw it twice. He assumed it was a black puma.
He was also with a shooting party that found a sheep high in a tree with it head wedged in a fork of the branches.
