I would nominate Booths (Ulverston branch). Not only are the stands nearer the door than even the disabled parking, yesterday when I discovered I had no lock with me a "trolley-rearranger" volunteered to stand by my bike while I went in for a few things. I came out and they were both still there.

My local Lidl has covered Sheffield Stands situated close to the main entrance.
They had wheel benders in their building application and when I complained to the LA Planning office, Lidl got in touch and asked what I wanted!
