I have 1 commute left.......(maybe not if it ices up tonight - flaming wet out there)

Erm..I'm driving Friday (anniversary of my smash) - only 'cos my wife needs dropping off at work, then picking up from the pub.....

And Finally..string it out, cos work is crap.......... my boss was in the most un-festive mood today....string of sh1tty' emails going out to everyone..... I have the advantage of being a number of miles away.....and he probably hasn't booked next week off.....

Down side...you may miss out on some extra food munching......

A couple of years ago I left off cycling over Christmas , first day back on the commute my chain broke.
Not a good reason to not cycle for a week I know.
